Terms and conditions

AEROVOLARE obligations to you:

1. The balloon ticket -or the gift voucher- entitle you to participate in a hot air balloon flight at a date to be arranged, within a 12 monthes from purchase. The ticket is not refundable, but you can give your ticket to someone else provided you tell us.Hot air balloon flights depend upon the weather, so it may be necessary in some cases to postpone a flight at any time if the conditions are not safe.

Passengers can choose the date of flight within the current flight planning; take-off time during the day is set by Aerovolare, in accordance with weather conditions and availability of pilots and balloons.

2. The balloon flight usually lasts 40 minutes to 1 hour. The pilot has ultimate responsability for deciding to take-off or to land regarding current weather conditions. The choice regarding the balloon type, the number of balloons, and the passengers repartition between the different balloons is for security reason and weight repartition the exclusive decision of Aerovolare.

3. If we have to postpone a flight, your flight will be rescheduled on a priority list. If you are unable to fly during the validity period of your ticket because you are pregnant or for any other medical reason, we will extend the validity period.

4. We carry legal insurrance cover against the risk of any injury to passengers during the course of our flights in accordance with international agreements covering air transport. We can provide further details upon request. If you do not consider that the amount of our insurrance cover would be adequate to compensate you for any loss whether for death personal injury, you should take your own additionnal cover. Personal belongings and equipment as movie camera can be insurred on special request.

Your obligations to us:

1. AEROVOLARE require a full payment to make reservation or at purchase of a gift balloon ticket. Your ticket or gift voucher is valid for a full one year period; after that you loose the right to fly.

2. Each passenger should wear appropriate clothing as it is advised to you in our website and in this site.

3. We are not qualified to express an opinion confirming that you are fit to fly or not; If you are pregnant, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or suffering from any serious medical condition, you must not fly.

4. Before, during and after the flight, please obey to all requests and instructions issued by our pilots or our qualified crewmembers. Smoking in not allowed on board.
